The camera is affected by the CCD issue and it has a recall where you can get repaired for $20(shipping charges) instead of $161. Attached is the link of CCD issue.

Not able to see through view finder / LCD. picture is blured..

Had the same problem. It's ainternal flex wire connecting LCD with camcorder. Got from the repair shop did it by miself and it's like knew. It's a common problem as this cable is bend each time when we open the LCD screen, so the cable become faulty.
With a viefinder the problem is related to the view finder cable ,it must have got broken as it gets hard while the usage. good luck

Picture in veiw finding keeps rolling so cant see what i am video

As you have noticed, this is not a battery problem but rather a screen problem(the view finder LCD screen) If the image is crisp and clear even though its rolling I would assume that the LCD screen connectors have come loose and can be resolved by taking them off and re-connecting them firmly. Make sure to turn off the camcorder before atttempting the repair just in case you want to do this yourself. I strongly advice you take professional help in fixing it.

View finder in samsung VP- W90 very blurred. Focus not the problem.

If the focus is blurred on the view finder, assuming you are talking about the eye piece and not the lcd, then it is a out of focus issue. Even though when you view it it's ok. Some cameras still have a focus knob somewhere to focus the eye piece.
