I fixed 2 cameras with same problem "Push Reset Switch"
Removed small foreign plastic object which was jamming mechanism without stripping.
In both cases a very tiny piece of one of the broken plastic 'catch' of the door was the problem.
Turn unit upside down and give it a good shake-up and it will drop off & problem solved.
Hope this helps.

Exactly the same problem as everyone else. There's bound to be someone who can offer advice on what to do. The camera obviously recognises the fault as F05, but where can you reference the remedy to this F05 code? It's not in the manual as far as I can see

SOURCE: Hi, I have a Panasonic
the ribbon cable that carries the signal to the screen sounds like it has become damaged
thatcan cause the problem
when it is all the way open it stretches the cable resulting in a gap to form, so when only open part of the way there is still a signal. see if there is anything in the hinge that might be causing the stretching of the cable, as that is almost surely the problem..
