if you remove the stock radio you will not be able to re program the remote key fob or re set the service light

Take the radio out then take apart radio and clean volume potentiometer with electrical cleaner from radio shack. Or just change out radio.

undue the battery ground and move away from the battery.Take the battery wire off the starter and the small selnoid wire,then remove the bolts holding the starter to the engine and it will fall into your hands.
