Just look at you local paper for a nice working dryer i get 125.00 each with a 30 day warranty with out warranty about 50-75 depending on condition start with your local paper and see what they are going for

My kenmore ultra fabric care dryer heats up but will not spin...HELP
How old is the Dryer? More than likely is the belt, or depending on the age, might be a ceased idler pulley. Another likelyhood is the bearings on the back of the drum where it attaches to the back body of the dryer itself might be shot!
