I can't hear calls, when i answer there is nothing they can't hear me either this is for incoming and outgoing calls

Could you tell me how long does this happened, always or recently? If it always have the problem, it may be because your cell phone can not work with your sim card. if you can not be heard by someone or everyone or you can not hear someone one or everyone? If it just someone, this may be beause their problem.

If it not their problem, you may try the following when on calling:

1.Try to use earphone when on calling to see if you can hear them.
2.Set at hands free condition when on calling.
3.Restore factory setting then turn your cell phone off and take the battery out for a few minutes or a little longer time then turn it on, and to see if there still has the problem when on calling next time.
