go to control panel--to add a printer--click on the printer and you will see whats printing
highlight each line in the print task que one at a time and cancel print
the command is probably in a loop and it will print the previous print instruction over until the task is deleted
What print it is?. >Might be askew codes are printing. remove usb cable, cancel all the pending documents, un install the drivers. Once system cleared every thing restart the system,load printer drivers with original cd..when system asked to connect the printer.. Switch off the printer wait couple of minutes..connect the usb cable.. complete the drivers installation..check for print..
turn the power off wait for a few hours try printing the same thing that what you were trying to print again if that doesnt work try to see whats under the hood of the printer
hi! there you have to arranged first the things you want to print before you print.check this out on print preview on top of your window tool bar beside print,there are several tool box there,select print preview it will highlightted your object how does it print will appear,if not suit to your taste you can make arrange on this before you print,if arranged the things back to print preview to sure thats the figure you want,if ok closed the tab and print it.regards and have a nice day
Could be a couple things, but if the test page prints it always means software/driver issue. If you're sure the driver is correct, here are some things I would check.
Is acrobat reader installed? Quickbooks prints some things to and from PDF to the printer.
Are you using a PCL driver on a PS printer or vice versa. Many applications, websites, etc require postscript.
What default printer have you set, Windows will print to the default printer from applications but a specific printer when making a test page and you could be printing to MS imaging accidently.
