How do i get bold letters on my computer,i do not want to purchase program

it is a keyboard, there is no bold setting. Your computer program will have that setting.

I figured it out. It my own fault, my computer had a bad memory stick. Once I replaced it, my Arts & Letters Express 8.5 worked perfectly. This is the best program for creating graphics.

You are probably in the bold mode. There is either a key marked BOLD or one with bold in small letters that you must use the code key with.

To write a letter or any other word documents, you need a Word Processor program. Windows supply a simple word program called Wordpad, but it is very simply and does not have a spell checker.
I suggest you purchase and install Microsoft Office program or download from the Internet a freeware program called Open Office which is compatible with Microsoft Office.
Since your are new to computers, I suggest you assistance, try to enlist a computer savy friend to help you or join a computer club.

its a factory error most definitely.when this phone are manufactured a lot of them do not pass through quality control checks.change the phone at the point of purchase or i will also recommend that you scan for virus.

Try selecting a cell and right click, Format cells, Font - Bold the text the way you want it to appear in that cell and then let it be the value you want to appear when you select that cell as a solution to a "What If" statement.

I don't think you can do 2 lines of text in the computer of the machine. If you have a software program that allows you to do lettering, you can do 2 or more lines. I haven't found anywhere in the instructions that really helps with lettering stored in the machine. I purchased Embroidery Magic 2 for $98. It is a powerful little program for the price and comes with 5 fonts. Also does manual digitizing (which I haven't really figured out yet). Do you have PED Basic to downloand designs from your computer to an embroidery card? If so you can download many free designs and purchase lettering at very good prices on many sites. Just remember that lettering purchased from the web doesn't not mean it is a keyboard font and you will need to combine letters to make words (treat each like a separate design). Maybe this will help.
