Voicemail I have a 16 pad phone from NEC and one of our employees does not remeber their voicemail access code how do i fix that?

You model number is the number of the phone that goes with the SL1100 Phone System. It have to be set up in the Management System first to be able to access from the phone. The designation (BK) signifies the phone is Black as opposed to (WT).

If you call Samsung they can run through a password reset.

you may not be able to get to the VM. You may have to reset the system and start over if the PW is not avaialble. I cannot find a way to reset only the VM password and retain the VM. You may want to contact NEC directly in case they have a way that isnt in the manual. The manual seem to indicate you need to reset the entire system. I'm not an NE guru but I work on many others.
You really need an administrator for the Voicemail to reset the password.

Try this.

From an admin phone, enter the voicemail. Then select More, Mgr, ChBox, then enter the ext# you need to reset the password on. Then choose Reset Password (Select Yes when the system asks you if want to reset the password). You can access the reset extension's voicemail by entering the default code (0327).

You have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

Find the password to mailbox 999 or call a Panasonic dealer.

in your subscribers mailbox select yes you want to be included in you companies directory .

Log into the voice mail server and you can reset the Voice mail for each account like it was a new account or you can delete the pass word on the account and then setup form the hand set. You do need to know the password to get into the voicemail server program. I believe as default it is NEC.

try hitting speaker key dial 43 and dial voicemail pilot number
