There are only two ways.
1. Connecting an iPod to the rear with a designated cable and then using headphones plugged into the iPod.
2. Using the audio outs on the rear of the Samsung (There are two types-- Analog and Digital) and hooking them up to an analog or digital type amp or receiver. Then plugging headphones into that device.
the easiest way to get signal to your HT-Z320 is to run the audio cables from your cable or sat box to the input on your theater system...for the dvd either run HDMI to the LED TV or component (whatever it supports) the Wii system can be plugged into any AV -IN on the LED tv (if you want to use the Wii on the theater system you will need to extend your RED AND WHITE audio signal cables to the input on your theater system.
I just hooked up my HT-Z320 today. I had to use an optical audio cable to connect the audio output from my TV to the optical audio input in the samsung receiver (it's the only optical jack on the receiver). Then with your samsung remote in DVD/Receiver mode, click the Auxiliary button (near the top right of the remote). Hope this helps.
You should use the remote codes for LG. My Vizio Eco42 uses code 16 Press power, TV, hold power button down while pointing the rmote towards the TV, enter 2 digit code. If you hit the right code it will turn the TV off.
