My tmobile will nott pass the second white screen how can i fix that

Are you running WM 6.0?
With this operating system the usual solution is to
1. turn your phone off
2. remove the storage card
3. and turn it back on and return the card after it's already on.
4. If that doesnt work try removing the SIM too just to see if it will boot back up. Then you can turn it off properly and return the SIM.
If that does not work you might have to reset your phone and lose any data you have.

If you want to reset:
1. Hold both soft keys (the two buttons with the horizontal lines) count to 30 sec.
2. While still holding them down, press the power button for at least 5 sec until the phone comes on, but don't let go of the soft keys yet.
3. Release buttons when the screen turns white. Then it will turn black. Then press the green call button to accept the reset and wait for the complete reboot. It will take several minutes.

I put my phone on the charger & the screen went white & displayed the hour glass & has been stuck like that ever since. I even bought a new battery & it's still like that. It won't do...
try doing a battery pull if that doesnt work you'll want to run the application loader. i found steps on www.tmobile.com/forumsIf the LCD screen is white, blank or empty, a soft reset may need to be performed, or there may be an error with the display drivers and the OS will need to be re-loaded onto the device. Please follow these steps:

  1. Remove the battery from the device.
  2. Wait 15 seconds, then replace the battery in the device.
  3. Turn the phone back on.
  4. If the screen is no longer white and functions correctly, the issue is resolved.
  5. If the screen is still white, continue troubleshooting.
  6. Confirm BlackBerry Desktop Manager has been downloaded to the computer.
If BlackBerry Destop Manger is installed, skip to step 2. If not,

  1. Install Desktop Manager
  2. Backup your information using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager (recommended).
  3. Download and install the blackberry handheld software to your computer.
Note: Running the Application Loader will take approximately 15-60 minutes to complete.

Tmobile Dash phone screen is very faint
It could be your flex cable But if the phone is not a flip phone you do need a LCD screen.

My phone won't power up. It starts on the white
you have to do a master reboot onyour phone.the same thing happened to me. before u power up the phone hold the 2 white line buttons and then power the phone on without letting the buttons go.

My tmobile dash freezes every time i try to start.
Turn the handheld off, hold the two soft keys (the dashes to the left and right of the phone buttons) hold the power button for 1-2 seconds and then release the soft keys. It should prompt you to clear storage. The “send” button is considered as the green phone button.

How to Hard Reset a T-Mobile Dash with operating system: 1. Select Start
2. Select Accessories
3. Clear Storage
4. Type in 1234
5. Select Yes

My tmobile wing won't turn on
If you have an SD card in your phone take it out and try turning it on. You can take it out when you see it going back to the white t-mobile screen. Once the device is on and to the home screen you can insert the card again.

if you still have warranty on the phone then just call tmobile.
goodluck but other than that the same thing happened to my sidkick but i ahd to get a new one according to an expert.

Tmobile dash frozen on WINDOWS(DIRECT TOUCH TECHNOLOGY SCREEN)
do a sw reset....its possible it was damaged when it was dropped in the water, but not likey....

turn the phone off, press and hold the soft keys (buttons with the lines on them above the home key and back arrow key) and hold it down.....press the power button while you are doing that until the white t-mobile screen will come on, then instead of going to the green windows mobile screen, a black screen with white writing......press the green button....it will get you in your phone but it will erase your info as a result....
