I would not use this product unless you exactly know what it is, and if it's appropriate for your coffee machine. Instead get some Saeco decalcifier powder DEZCAL that you add to your water and follow your machine instruction on how to decalcify.
look at the magnet (left, closer to you side, inside the water tank). It might be stuck. try bumping it slightly or insert a toothpick in the hole and slightly move it up-down. It might help.
it sounds like you need to go into the programing mode. in there you can set the machine so it grinds when you select coffee. at the moment it is pregrinding this is so you can make lots of coffees 1 after the other
hi, i have a trevi i bought used with no manual and had problems starting with it, i found an airlock stopping water flowing, i held the water bin over the sink and pressed the valve on the bottom until water flowed out, i do this now when filling the bin and have not had any problems so far. i am still trying to find a copy of manual. i hope this may be your problem as it is easy to remedy. col.
