A model number of the set might help here--if made from about 2000-2005 one kind of answer---if made before another kind of answer.

All these sets in the menu should have a convergence adjustment--in the later sets if that is "missing" it will indicate a problem--those sets have a chassis number marked on rear where model number is and that defines what the issue may be.

the part is called the convergence ic. replace those ics.

Replace STK ICs it will be on small board above bottom chassis, Black IC will have part number on it STK730-010 Mats has them for $5.95

Did you replace the STK730-130 on the Convergence power supply board? You can get one at www.tvrepairworld.com

The problem may still be on the power supply board (one of the supplies may be missing and) when you unplug the supply both supplies go missing check the supply voltages and repost

Yes its a easy an inexspensive repair. www.tvrepairworld.com has the ITC222 and ITC222A convergence option missing repair kit. The kit contains the parts and CD with instructions.

The FL231 fuse is dead.There 3 retangles squares the one in the midle is dead near the right side of the FBT high voltage transformer.the big plastic block with a red wire hook a cap to ur CRT.

Hi, this is failed convergence and it is due to a faulty convergence board chip set. simply replacing the convergence board in this set Will fix your issues.

The convergence problem is likely to be in the convergence power supply which is located above and between the two boards which lie flat inside the chassis. The power supply has a chip on it which is a common problem (If it is not the transistor type then change the whole board.) part number on the chip where the metal heat sink is located. Part number may be STK 730-010 or STK 730-130 both number will work and must be unsoldered and new soldered in.

You can adj. from the front panel of the set using the channel and vol. buttons,if the set you have has a ptk 195 chassis,check and make sure you have adj. projection tv in screens of the menu,in not the convergence power supply has failed,replace the reg on the board,part number is 215530
