We can hear paging through some of our Avaya phones but not though others. Can anyone advise why and how to resolve?

Sounds like some of the phones are not in the paging group.
Changing the programming on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programmingwe can hear paging through some of our Avaya - 2.gif
enter in "#502"
the display should say Calling Group Group:
press 1 the display will then ask for an extension.
enter in one of the extensions that isn't in the page group
the display will say 2 unassigned
press 1 to change to assigned
repeat the instructions for enter #502 for the next set/s
feature "00" to logout

I cannot hear phone ring on avaya awh75n headset hooked up to avaya 2410 phone, even with ring detector connected.

Is the phones ringer turned up? It needs to be loud enough to make the ring detector ring.....

Partner 18D intercom not working

If you mean intercom, as in Speaker/overhead paging, then the buttons need to be reprogrammed to access the intercom. If you mean calling from one avaya phone to another, then the system is more then likely fried. from your system press the intercom button, 61. that should give you the paging access that I think you are looking for.
