Question about VillaWare 5787 Double Smoothee Work Top Blender
My kids tried to blend some ice cream that had been frozen INSIDE of the pitcher. The smoothee blender made a high pitched whirring sound and did not turn the blade.
The blade assembly seems to be stripped now.
It spins easily when the pitcher is off, but will not turn the blades when the pitcher is seated.
Is it possible for me to disassemble the smoothee blender and tighten something inside to make it work again, or is the unit doomed?
Can you tell us who has parts for these?

You may have stripped the motor gear sek out a new unit
