How do i get my phone off silent without using the hash key?

Hi,the bottom right key,(the hash key) is the one you need,hold it in for a few seconds and it will confirm onscreen

press dial, then press and hold the # (hash) key. This will select silent. Repeat to undo.

if you hold the hash key down for a few seconds, it should come off silent, but if it doesnt check your phone settings to find if your got you ringtone set to ringing or if its off, either way, it should all be in your settings.

What I do is go on settings, then I go on the sound thing and I can't remeber what else to do as my phone has broken but i think if you look on there it should help you.

hi, have you tried enter setup then profile then select general this should then set your phone back to normal if not then instead of going to general go to silent and change the settings under the silent profile, like turn ringtone on and select ringtone.
Try the first option first as this is quick and easy failing than then just change the settings under the silent profile then you can even change the name from silent to general then you can change one of the other profiles to silent so try it then get back to me if you need further assistance ok
