What is the best position for the seat back to be in when closing the Chicco Cortina stroller? When I collapse the stroller using the handle, there is some resistance before it locks into the closed position and I wondered whether having the seat back upright or flat made a difference?

there is a thin lever in the back try to unlock the pins then push it.

first have you removed the newborn insert and tried to lossen the straps the instruction manuel should have how to do it exaclly, in our town you can go to the police and theywill show you how to use your car seat hope this helps
