Yes there are fuses, but if you have led lighting up then it's not the main fuse, Why was tv unplugged in the first place, did you have problems before with set? It sound like power supply is bad, and it would be cheaper to just replace, you can check with discount-merchants.com, or shopjimmy.com or even vancebaldwin.com
This is a fix that worked for me, however I cannot tell you why or even feel that I had done anything which would constitue this as a fix. I leave my PC on 24-7 and came in one morning and it was locked up. Couldn't get a video screen, not even reset worked so I threw the power switch on the back of the power supply. Turned the switch back on and pushed the power up button. The MoBo started 1 long and 2 short beeps, repeating. I pushed the reset button and same thing. I again turned the power supply off, then on again and same thing with the beeps. So this time I turned the power supply off then also un-plugged the power cord to the power supply. I left it that way for maybe 10 minutes, while I did a few other things. I plugged the power cord back in, turned the power supply back on and hit the power up button. My PC booted up...no problem. ???
Point is - this issue as reported by others may just be a hardware or bios fluke and needs a power reset or maybe even clearing the bios and restarting. Reseating the memory sticks, use just one memory stick and rotate the memory sticks to sort out the possible bad one and reseating the processor may also help.
Error code F10 means that the heater and or thermostats are faulty.
If you remove the back cover of the drier with the appliance un pluged, you will see the heater bracket. un screw this from the back panel, and at the top you will see three thermostats. There is a brown one with a small hole in the middle, if you use a pin and press in, you should hear a click. This resets the thermostat and you should be able to use the drier again.
when it happens, give it some time, like 5-10 min. the ps3 is most likely accessing the hard drive, and if it is, shutting down in the middle of it could currupt your hdd. if it doesnt work, even after 10 min, call sony tech support, but if it works fine afterwords, i dont see why it would be neccessary. unless it gets worse, i think you should just turn it on, turn it off after a few min, then back on, and then play.
Switch the machine off and back on again using the switch on the back. Turn the system on and keep your finger on the power button until it beeps a second time; this should bring you back into the XMB.
you should first check all the cables inside the set to make sure they all are seated properly, check some other sources like a dvd player and see if it does it on a dvd, after that it is probably a defective main board
