So sorry for your loss, there isn't any way to fix a cracked screen. If you have the headphones with the remote, you can still play music, but no more Zombieville.

Error (13) in itouch keeps showing when restoring, HELP!!!! how can i fix my itouch out of this freezed screen displaying a cd and usb port.....PLEASE!!!

From Apple Website 1. Restart your computer (yes, you have too)
2. plug in your ipod touch (it should have the usb cord and itunes picture on the screen)
3. open itunes.
4. itunes will recognize the ipod. just ignore the message, and then hold down the home and hold button (on the top) for about 10 seconds, and after you count to 10, release the top hold button, but still holding home.
5. itunes will pick up the ipod, and once it does, release home.
6. Now click restore, and everything should work fine.
(if problem persists, try turning off firewall, and close all other programs)

My iPhone won't turn on! I've tried everything and I only get to the apple. HELP!

Try forcing an application to close
To force an application to close, follow these steps:
iPhone or iPod touch running iPhone OS 3.0 or later
  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. When the red slider appears, release the Sleep/Wake button.
  2. Instead of dragging the red slider, press and hold the Home button for six seconds.
  3. If the device does not return to the Home screen, see the steps below to restart.
iPhone or iPod touch running iPhone OS 2.2.1 or earlier
  1. Press and hold the Home button for six seconds.
  2. If the device does not return to the Home screen, see the steps below to restart.

If the iPhone or iPod touch remains unresponsive, try restarting the device:
Restarting iPhone or iPod touch
  1. To turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
  2. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone.
  3. To turn iPhone or iPod touch on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

If the iPhone or iPod touch remains unresponsive after trying the above steps or if it is in a different state, such as showing a persistent Apple logo on the display, try resetting the device:

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds.
