How do i hack into the LG DR275 Recorder to make it region free?

At the moment it can only play regions 2 and 4 but i would like to be able to play all regions. How do i hack into this LG DR275 Recorder to make it region free? Any help would be appreciated as i am at a loss.

    regarding solution posted by "muderface" tried that and it seems to work on older models but not the new ones. Still searching.

Press setup, go down to the lock symbol. do not enter it, just have it highlighted, then press "0" seven times. this will make it region free. also applies to most LG DVD players and DVD recorders.

Newer model LG DR275, Google http://www.multi-region.net/lg
find nearest model listed which is LG DR250 says see LG3620, click on that it then offers a download, save download to desk top, unzip file, then open file RMTM0000 and save this to disc.
insert disc in player wait whilst it reads information and after a few seconds will show a menu and current region code, change to O (Multi Region) the drawer then opens by it self when region code is changed. Turn power off and back on and multi region code is now set.
It worked fine for me but obviously I can' t guarantee it will work for you but it should do, thanks to Jayne who first put me on to this.

Murderface's solution worked for me as well. thanks heaps! im trying to not buy multi region movies, but its nice to have that option.

5) For multi-region, select 0
6) Press PAUSE again
7) Power off player
8) Wait a minute turn it on.

LG DV340 Region free hack for the model I bought at Game is below:
1, power on the player with no disk in the drive
2, pres pause on the remote
3, enter “314159′ on the remote
4, enter “0′ on the remote (0 = all regions, 1 = region 1 etc)
5, press pause on the remote
6, power the player off and then back.
Hopefully this helps someone else!

LG DVD player LG276
I picked up a LG DV276 DVD Player here in Australia but I am from the United States so I own region 1 DVDs. I unlocked my new player by instead 1. Open the tray. 2. Press 0 0 0 0 on the remote and a Menu will appear. 3. Press 0 for region free. 4. Press pause and power off.

I can play everything now, Aussie and US DVDs. Thanks LJ66.

3) Go to lock symbol (do not select).
