Take out the battery and sim card and put back in? if this don't work check the little white square which sits above batt if its pink or has a pink tinge then u've come into contact with water and it has slowly coroded. only way to fix is to send off and won't unfortunately be covered by warranty!! these phones are very sensitive and even using in the rain or bathroom can cause this fault!
