Why i cant recieve/send picture messeges

did you delete all of your sent text messages too? if not do that turn off phone turn back on and try texting yourself

reset the ROKR E8 from settings>security

you must be using phone memory as it is very less so either select memory card for recieving and saving messeges or if you do not have memory card then you have to delete some messeges or the songs if you have saved in the phone

u can receive picture or audio messeges by sending them from another mobile via the mms=multimedia messege but with limited sizes
download ringtones via the internet>google>downloa ringtones
besides,u may just get them from ur computer through a dta cable or bluetooth

u need to set the messege centre number correctly contact ur operator helpline or try deleting the messages in your outbox and saved items.

You may need a new SIM card

go to the messege setting option then enable (allow push messege) , then its not ok .so you can go to the mobile hardware point.

you have to phone your network provider and tell them to activate your phone to recieve picture messages. takes only minutes. you will then recieve a text message from them. once you do,you delete it and switch your phone off then on and you should be able to send and recieve pics... hope this helped
