The clicking noise is coming from the power supply relay. Is makes this sound when the TV is usually turned on or off but has become faulty. It will only get worse over time usually until the TV will no longer turn on anymore. You need to replace the power supply in order to fix the TV.

I have the same problem. since I have 3 of these TV's, I switched boards around, and I came to the conclution that is the power board. I will try to repair it, and I'll let you know the component that is bad. Gaston
this is an indication that the power supply is working. The clicking noise shows that the power supply is booting up. If you still does not have power, it may be the main board that is not working.
