Hi I've got an F4 - have just replaced the battery, but screen is still blank - how do I reset / restart the watch (it ran completely flat, screen was blank after low-power warning for some weeks).

Maybe a reset button inside marked a.c. if so short it between battery and a.c. button.

Hi. I´ve got one of these watch. I just got the same problem. You just have to press all four botoms at the same time. That`s it.

If the screen is completely blank then you need a new battery, the watches are always "on".

if there are numbers on the screen and you need to know how to get it too start for exercising then just push the red button.

This is a common issue. The Polars and other Heart Rate monitors are not designed to be fixed by the consumers except for very specific models. These only look like watches, they are in fact mini computers and very susceptible to internal damage if not handled properly.

You need to send the unit it to a Polar Authorized Service Center to have fixed properly. There is not reset within the computer, if you had done everything correctly then it would work.
