Garmin c330 My touch screen does not respond.

    I have the same problem. I have tried to reset the unit many times but nothing works.

Try to calibrate the touch screen. Push and hold the power button on until you see a white dot on the screen. This is the calibration mode. Touch the dot and another dot will apppear, now touch this dot again, keep doing this until the unit reboot.

If you touch the 1st dot and nothing happens then the digitizer on the LCD is dead. If the unit is still under warranty, get a RMA and return it to Garmin.

This doesn't fix Sitfar's problem, but for those how might find this helpful from Garmin's site: Question:  The touch screen is not responding correctly when I touch it. How can I recalibrate the screen?
Answer: To recalibrate the touch screen:
  1. Turn the unit off.
  2. With the unit off, touch and hold the Power button for 30 - 40 seconds.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Try turning the unit off, then turn in on while pressing your finger on the bottom right of the screen and holding it there for about 30 seconds. This should bring up the calibration screen, which will have you press dots to calibrate the touch screen. See if this helps.
