Question about Coby MP836 MP3 Player
I bought my son a Coby MP822-4G touch screen for his birthday. The back of the pkg states it's MAC OS 10.4 or higher compatible. The only thing it's compatible with on my MAC is charging! I emailed Coby, no response. Anyone have any ideas for a fix? It worked fine at a friends on their PC, but my son would prefer to be able to use his own computer, and his already long list off iTunes!
I have a mp822 that i got for christmas i have no cds and i want to download music to it were do i go some one please help

Unfortunately itunes only works for apple ipods. If the Media Player shows up on the desktop and discover where the music files should be dropped then he should be able to go to his user folder and then the music folder and then the iTunes Music Library and then be able to drag and drop his required music onto the player. Sounds a bit of a fiddle but a final piece of advice try it with one folder or even one music file and then see if it works.
