if your web suddenly stops to work and has been working before then you need to check a lot of things.
1) Is there network on the computer system, i mean internet access,
2)If there is internet access,then check if your web browser is not corrupted, by trying different web browser e.g opera mozilla firefox, google chrome and the likes
3)It might even be that your OS is corrupt and you need to RE-install
If you want IP address of your wan port you can go to your command portion & just type a ? mark and then enter. You can get the proper command of this oparation. If you want your internet IP Address you can get it from the Internet connection icon / Call your ISP.

first of all you need to make sure tmobile giving you access to internet by charging you a fee every month to use thier webserver.
I have tmobile and to access the web i had to pay $19.99 a month extra and that's for everything email, web, etc...
