if you remove the pcr assy from the drum unit you will need to put the assy on the table. With a small slotted screwdriver you will have to wedge between the black roller bushes and the gray support on the pinion side.

Internal tests like Report Prints are printed correctly? Make sure the Paper Size Format is setted correctly both on PC and Printer. Try not to use a Generic or Universal Printer Driver. Try installing printer with an Windows Vista driver if the Win7 and 8 drivers won't solve the problem.

The cd only has the drivers that were available when the printer shipped. You download the latest one here:

And yes, it does have drivers for both 32 and 64 bit Windows 7

Go to Kyocera Support and follow these steps:

Under Choose a Product Category choose Printer ' Black and white printers. Then select ECOSYS 2020D under Product Model, then select Manuals under Select Sub- Category (see screenshot below)

Find the operation guide to set the unit up on the network. Then go to the app store and find Kyocera Mobile Print. it's a free app and it supports Kyocera Products specifically.

Kyocera and Copystar models are the same just replace KM with CS.

Try choosing an HP driver for the setup that normally works.

This message often shows up when the memory is full from one document (normally a large file) to fix it you have to add external memory

click to upgrade/install driver
use driver specified above (xp)
