Question about Dell Dimension 4700C PC Desktop
Check your fans it could be the proccessor fan or the power supply fan or the system fan try to screw them tighter to the case or power supply if one of your fans gets stuck you could loose your proccessor if the noise is still there try to taka out the fans and oil them or you could get new fans but then you will have to get fans that run at the same speed as the ould ones.
