The RDM2070D is non-programmable. It operated on pre-selected frequencies. (This radio belongs to a major corporation, and is not intended for use outside their company.)

How do you know they belong to a major corporation if so which one?
RDM2070BFAAS RDM2070d 7CH Wal-Mart MURS
It certainly is programmable. You hold the transmit button and the button right underneath that while you turn it on and that puts you in programming mode. You can then change the frequency and PL/DPL, however you can only select from the pre-programmed MURS (and maybe GMRS, I haven't tried yet) frequencies.
I mis-spoke. I did not mean GMRS channels, completely different band. Just see my corrected answer below.
When i push the transmit button and the button below then turn on the radio all that happens it says ch01 and to the right rz000 flashes i have a RDM207OD

They certainly are programmable. Hold the transmit button and the button underneath that (Side Button 1) and turn it on. Hold it until the radio beeps and you are in programming mode. From there you can program all 7 channels. Haven't tried other features yet. Like all business type radios of that kind, you can only select from the pre-programmed MURS (and maybe a few licensed business freq's - I haven't played with it too much yet). I assume the PL/DPL list is the same as the rest of /\/\'s business-type radios, you can find the list anywhere online.

I think we are all saying the same thing. When I said it is not programmable, I was indicating it is not programmable to any frequency outside of the 7 selectable frequencies built into the radio. This radio was manufactured specifically for Wal-Mart and possibly a few other retailers. I don't have the frequency list handy. However, I can tell you the common frequencies of Blue and Green Dot are among the seven selectable frequencies. Best regards.
Can you post a list of frequencies and can I program another radio to match ?
Can I buy another Motorola radio and match it to the RDM2079
Error on last post I meant the RDM2070
The RDM2070d was manufactured for a specific corp. to use in their stores for communication. We are not aware of them being available on the open market. However, you could watch eBay. Or you could purchase the sister to this radio, the CP110, and have it programmed to match your RDM2080d radio.
It belongs to Walmart Corp. I know this i have one and i work there lmao.
Mr. Carpenter, if I had an RDM2070d radio like you guys at Wally World, would I be able to listen in on all the joking and gossip if I so chose to?

You will need the RLN6303 RDX Radio to Radio Cloning Cable, or two drop-in chargers, or the multi-unit charge tray. Instructions for cloning are on page 51 of the user guide: http://www.weatherconnection.com/manuals/RDV5100.pdf Best regards.
