Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player

Phillips Gogear MP3 player

Is there anyway that we can get an instruction manual for this mp3 player it would make things a lot better to understand. We can not get it to do anything on the computer except the updates that is all, over and over again. What should I do?

I just purchased a phillips GoGear VIBE 4GB Songbird. There is a lot of paperwork with this devise, very little of it in english, and NO USER MANUAL- I Therefore have not the slightest idea how to use...

How do i download songs from my pc to my phillips gogear?
The MP3 player can only play music files that are in mp3 file format.
Music on CDs need to be converted to mp3 format for your GoGear. Please click on this link and follow my instructions to convert and copy music files to your player :-

Phillips Gogear SA2920 has got stuck in a foreign language like Chinese or Japanese. All menu options in tis language. Can anyone help with this?
Hello,

the truth is, no one will be able to help if they don't understand Chinese or Japanese.

The best thing for you to do now is to look for someone that has exactly the same type of your Philip Gogear, that is also in English language.

Go to the menu, look for the languages settings and locate where English can be selected on the Player.

Follow the same steps on your player and you will get to where you will select English on our player.

This is what I do for phones that is not in English language, and I have used it to solve a lot of problems. It works for me big time.

Give it a trial and your problem would be solved.
