I have had my nuvi 660 for a little bit now and it was working fine but recently i have found that it comes up with errors such as "MEMORY FULL" and "ROUTE WAY POINT MEMORY FULL" it will not allow me to delete any of my favourites or key in any destinations hence making it not work at all? just wondering if anybody could help me on this please
i have the same problem- i get the message memory full. but i have deleted all my favourites and recently found. and still get the message and unable to set new destination. hey i have nuvie same problems plus keyboard fubby numbers all i did was plug usb into it and computer done virus check on nuvi folder in my computer unplugged it brand new back to normal hope helps
I discovered a recently posted video showing how to change the Nuvi 660's battery. I purchased a battery from newpower99.com and they took care of me well. My little "surgery" went smoothly with their kit.
Can you update the firmware on your unit
my k800i sony phone had a problem synchronising and would freeze, then one day the nuvi 660 updated the firmware by itself and has been fine since, only problem being the volume, a bit low when trying to contest with large diesel engine, onboard speaker keen to distort over 80% volume
