Razr phone just fell out of back pocket into toilet. I took of back cover & removed battery. What next?

Dry the phone, battery, sim card, etc. with cloth and wrap each piece, phone and accessories, in newspaper. Place a few handfuls of rice into a plastic bag and then place the wrapped phone in the bag with rice. The newspaper wrapping avoids direct contact of rice with your phone because the dust from the rice can get into the small areas of the phone. The newspaper and rice will absorb moisture. Leave it there (with the bag open) at least 24 hrs.

I have a Blackberry Curve and I had it in my pocket last night. It was working fine for a while, then when I took it out of my pocket later, they keyboard was locked and the trackball wouldn't click on any...

Maybe you can try to hard reset it. The manual way to do this is to remove the batter for 1-2 minutes and restart the blackberry. Hope this fix your problem.

Handset shows no display. Our blackberry pearl handset 8120 has stopped displaying anything after it was accidentally dropped from the pocket.

is it new?, if it is take it send it back to blackberry and get them to fit it for a small fee, or if it is old find a way to open the cover and check for damages in: the circuit board, any wiring and the screen (back and front).

I have a blackberry 8310 drop in water last week. took batt. out and let it dry. Still get nothing but a red light.

If your BlackBerry gets covered in water, act fast and rationally, and you may be able to save your device.
1. DO NOT TRY TO TURN IT ON
2. Pull out the battery.
3. Please your device and battery into a bowl of uncooked rice to absorb any moisture.
4. Please it in a warm, dry place where it can receive direct sunlight.
5. Be patient. It is recommended that you leave it in there for at least 48 hours.
6. After 48 hours, put the battery back in and power on.

I also have a Sony Ericsson K850I and dropped in the water.

you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried

Blackberry pearl

I should be under insurance coverage through your provider and they can replace it. However they may charge a deductible. I would take it to a store ran by your provider and see what they can do to help you.
