Where do I find the reset button on the Bosch WTA 3100 tumble dryer?

Push button to open it if it has one it might of latched

The brushes in the motor are probably shot. Good luck in finding those though, best to just replace the motor.

Its a fairly simple process depending on your machine. Most Bosch machine belts are simple to replace. Here is a good resource: http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-replace-the-belt-on-a-tumble-dryer-bosch

I've made a PDF of the Bosch WTA2000 Tumble Dryer User Manual and (hopefully) it will be available on this link in case anyone else still needs a copy, as the original request above is a bit old now.
It's a leeeettle blurry as I should have used a higher dpi when scanning the pages, but I can't be bothered doing it all again. I think it should be sufficient for purpose anyway.

if you have a multimeter you can check to make sure 220 volts.

Remove your back cover ,and then you see the heating element.On one side or on top there is a termostat(Small Black)there is a red button which you should press down until you hear a click.Start machine and element should work.You can start it for a little while but be careful.Put cover back after cleaning loose lint etc. Jan

you need to remove the centre metal plate,after powering off the dryer. The small red reset button is on one of the black plactic connects on my model (WTA4408)

Check the fuse. This is a German unit, so every part including the light bulb is 208/240 volts. If the fuse for the dryer on the back is open the unit will not start.
