My aqua quip hot tub turns on the heater starts to heat, gets to 96 deg and then the heater shuts off. i turned the switc all the way up and it still turns off at 96 help please. thanks dustin

it takes quite some time for your water to heat up their is no heater on the 110v spa heater type ---friction heat recovery ---which means it uses the heat from around the pump and motor the 220v kit has a 4kw inline heater
make sure the heating element isnt touching the casing inside the heating tube. if its an indoor tub, make sure the filtration cycles are not set to constant. constant filter cycles on an indoor tub will generate residual heat from the circ pump running 24/7, causing tub to heat past 104 degrees
