Question about Jabra BT2050 Bluetooth Headset
Booklet instructions for how to pair it with a new device are wrong. It tells you holding the power button will put it into pairing mode but it does not.
Pairing mode is done by turning off the ear piece, then holding both power and answer/hangup at the same time. The LED should flash fast 3 or 4 times and then stay on solid. You might need to hold just power till the very first flash THEN begin holding answer/hangup as well as power till the LED goes constant. I’ve also had luck when frustrated by just holding all 4 buttons at once.

You can manually put the Jabra BT 2050 into pairing
mode manually. Make sure the headset is off. Press and hold the on/off button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED has a constant light. The LED will flash before the light is constant –
keep holding down the button until light is constant.
Then make sure the device you are pairing with is in "discoverable" mode...
