You need to see how fast the water is going into the machine on rinse

all rinse cycles are filled with cold water to keep the clothes from wrinkling.set up the washer to run with just cold water.start it,if no water comes into washer,shut down your house water valve that fills the washer,take off the cold water hose,stick it in the washer or if there's a sink or where ever and turn on the water,if water comes out of the hose then you need a new water valve on the washer

You see, in warm, if the cold is not filling, you still hear the hot filling and the unit will advance. The rinse cycles are mostly "cold" only. if the valve is not opening it will not allow it to advance from the rinse section on the board.
most new washers have cold water only rinse and spray rinse ck cold water coming into machine during wash if no cold comes in suspect cold side of fill vale not opening ..could be wiring issue or a bad valve
Hi this could means that you may need to replace the washing machine bearings. Once the bearings are bad, the motor overheats and it will automatically shut down after the first rinse.
