    My operating manual was thrown away with the xmas wrapping and I cannot understand how to operate it at all. EBay only has a CD and I want a printed operating manuel. Please help me to obtain one.

I can not receive any channels with my uniden bearcat ubc60xlt.i have heard that police,etc have went to tetra?unsure how to receive these.please help.
TETRA is a relatively new trunked radio system that is coming into wide use in Europe. It uses digital technology unlike "standard" trunked systems, and there are no scanners available that allow monitoring of TETRA systems. Uniden scanner UBC60XLT my issue is that low is apearing
Press manual,channel up-down,when you see the L/O, press the L/O, you may have to flip the switch in the back,some of your frequency,s have been locked out,this process re-enters that frequency. ...hope this helps....
