Having trouble putting music on LG VU

Turn off the mobile and connect the cable to your device and computer .You will find a drive listed in your computer like a USB data storage open that drive and choose a folder called my music and copy songs in that folder and check whether it is shown in the memory card of your device .

You need a memory card for this- micro sd of up to 4 GB. Attach the phone to an LG data cable, and to a usb on your pc, The memory card will show up as a mass storage device, and you simply copy your muic files into the audio files of the card.

You don;t need any software for the Vu, just an installed memeory card and an LG data cable. Attach your phone to the cable, and the other end to a usb port on your pc. The computer will then recognize your memeory card as an external drive or storage device, and you can simpy cut and paste your files between the audio and video areas of the memory card and your computer.

I have a LG VU as well, and I know your problem perfectly, The LG software is useless for this phone, don't even bother with it. You do need to get a memory card- up to 4 GB is fine, and set your primary storage to the memory card, not the phones internal memory. Then simply connect the phone to the LG data cable, and the cable to the usb of your computer.Do NOT use the LG Suite for this, in fact probably delete it first. The computer will recognize your phones memeory card as an external drive or storage device or drive, and you can simply drag and drop your files, including audio, video, music to and from the memory card and the computer. Remember delet the LG Suite first to avoid conflicts. Hope this helps.

This is easy to do on the VU using an LG data cable attached to the phone and into a usb port on your computer. The computer will recognize the memory card as an external storage device, and you can simply copy and paste your pictures to and from your computer on to the graphics file of your memory card. Don't bother using LG Suite, as it is useless for the VU.

if you droped the Vu than you could have damaged the insides and that might cause the repeating of it shuting off but a easyer way to get music onto your Vu is to get a Micro SD and get an adaptor for it and put music on that and then plug the SD into your phone its alot easyer and faster than useing the cord

It is quite a bummer, but you have to select one picture at a time, go to options, select move, choose memory card, select paste and then when you have moved all of your pictures over to your memory card you can get them on your computer via the data cable. I miss my sony!
