I have the Nortel M7324 phone at the reception desk. I have no problem resetting the password for any other voicemail EXCEPT the reception desk phone which is where the auto attendent / general voicemails drop into. It seems i'm locked out and i can't figure out how to unlock it using my admin password or F983. Any suggestions?
