Our Paser 8560n won't print, sz Fault code

Our Paser 8560n won't print, LCD display says Fault Code "37,017.44:7770 needs service". This unit was plugged into a power
strip for a couple of weeks before this condition presented. Other
identical units plugged directly into a wall ac outlet are still working fine.
All units are same age. Xerox says main board may be bad due to
use of the power strip. They say this 8560n needs full power or main
board could be damaged (costs $1,000).

My Xerox Phaser 8560N has paper jams very often. The codes from Troubleshooting->Service Tools->Jam History for the last 20 jams are: - N4W [9] - C3T [6] - P4V [2] - C3X [1] - M4F [1] -A2C ...

Most of these types of paper jam errors are caused by a cracked cam on the Drum Maintenance Camshaft, which throws the timing off for the whole print process. I would recommend a technician replace the camshaft because there are components that need carefully removed to avoid breaking, then they need to be properly aligned and timed when they are reinstalled. Not really a do-it-yourself repair.

It won't start and displays E3 fault code. Manual says this is faulty coils? Took apart and cleaned all, looks good. Still has code displayed and won't run. How to clear fault code? Thank You.Jeff

E3 means "unit-abnormal protection to avoid occurence of unit damage."

Manufactures does not recommend that a homeowner try to attempt a repair on a code like this as it indicates possible wiring or internal problems. Have you checked for an internal fuse on the circuit board? I would also check the incoming power to make sure you have the proper voltage. You can also try unplugging the unit, waiting 30 seconds and plug back in to see if the code disappears.
According to A/A brands, if this code appears, shut off device and call authorized service company. I'm just trying to get you some things you can check yourself prior to doing that.

Hope this helps.

Xerox error code 09,038.46:350??

Hi. The error code you are referencing is referring to Black Ink Stick Count Failure.
  1. Make sure you are using Phaser 8500 ink sticks
  2. Make sure the ink sticks slide properly
  3. Remove any broken or partial ink sticks from the ink-loading bin
If the fault code is still displayed you will need to contact support to schedule a service call.

The dishwasher has been running for 3 hours and seems to be stuck on 1 minute left. Upon opening, there was sudsy water remaining in the bottom, but the dishes looked clean. The washer just won't go to...

SHU 53 MODELS To start test program, press and hold both SCRUB WASH and DELICATE/ECONO program buttons, then turn unit on by pressing ON/OFF button. Initially, control module version # will be displayed (e.g./ ?21? = version 1 with jumper). When wash program buttons are released, lights above them will flash. To end test program, press ON/OFF button. To check each program indicator light, press its button. To check Cycle Countdown display, Refill Rinse Agent light and REGULAR WASH light, press REGULAR WASH button (press Delay Start button to test Cycle Countdown display alone). Cycle Countdown display will show ?88″ when REGULAR WASH button is pressed and ?8h? when Delay Start button is pressed. To start testing, press both the SCRUB WASH and DELICATE/ECONO buttons a second time. When testing has ended, Cycle Countdown display will show a fault using codes below. If more than one fault occurs, code numbers will be added together, (e.g./ ?6? = faults 2 + 4). 0 = No faults detected 2 = Heating fault 8 = NTC (temperature sensor) fault 1 = Aqua Sensor (?Sensotronic?) fault 4 = Filling fault F = Filling fault (display occurs during wash, not test) To check for heater, high limit or flow switch problems, start testing until heating starts. Using a meter with a current coil, measure current going into dishwasher. If current is ~ 11 A, then heater, high limit and flow switch are OK. If current stays at ~ 1.5-2 A, then heater, high limit or flow switch are faulty. If water level switch (f1) has failed (opened), display will show fault code ?4″ and unit will continually fill and drain where testing won?t be completed. If flow switch (e5) has failed (opened), display will show ?0″, water won?t heat (to 150?F) and water won?t stop circulating. If NTC probe (f2/f4) has failed (opened), display will show fault code ?8″ immediately and testing will end shortly after water has started circulating.

Cannon MP810 when turn on display error A600. There is also no light displaying on the printing cartridge.

A600 or 6A00. If 6A00 then the fault code is for the AP motor position error. Error lies with the sheet feed unit, Purge unit or Logic board.
