There is no way to reprint a fax.

You can print out a journal to see the fax number who sent it.

Can I reprint an incoming fax? I ran out of ink and the copies are unreadable? Pls tell me how to reprint a fax on my 6310 officejet.

If the printer doesn't have memory function itself... they're not going to reprint.

However, for your HP6310, they do have a function for 100 pages of fax memory.

Fo go fax manu (on your left side, by facing printer), press the fax set up and will see the reprint for fax.

If you would like to save money, try refill kit by "ROADINK".
Not only they are easy, but also the printing quality is good.
For your better understanding pls check out my youtube video.
And will see how easy ink refill can be done.

I received fax however the ink is so weak that it is not able to read. I am going to replace the ink. But is there s way I can reprint the fax

Hello. yes your fax machine has a memory and it will retain the last several faxes for you. Your manual will tell you how to recall that fax. If you do not have the manual go to Sharp.com where you can download it.

Reprint a fax

If there is an error like a jam or something the machine will reprint the fax. Otherwise the fax is not available to print again after it's already printed successfully.

Reprint last incoming fax

i'm afraid you are out of luck. Once an attempt is made printing and no error message about the ink cartridge condition is apparent. Then that's it, it is deemed successful.
