Question about Sakar RF Optical Scroll Mouse m01717

Mouse drivers my mouse is working fine but when i was with dell support yesterday they installed new drivers (maybe not corectly) anyway now when i reboot it tells me that i need to install drivers for my bluetooth perf. device, which must be my mouse. I cannot locate or never received a disk with this mouse for drivers.

Click on start or type "controlpanel" in search, go to device manager, click on mouse, right click on mouse found, click on drivers, click on roll back driver, follow instructions. This will take you back to previous drivers and should solve driver problem.

Windows update = dead mouse


Try using a usb mouse and keyboard.Your computer should already have drivers for these devices loaded.

The keyboard does not work at all, the mouse works fine


Did you try restarting your computer to see if it re installs it? Also there could be a driver issue, or maybe the keyboard died.
Maybe go to Dell website for driver check or any upgrades.
Hope it helps a little.

My mouse won't work


hello: if you instal new driver the old one dont work any more i have the same problem and take other mouse , now works fine the first mouse i used befor are a hid (driver) usb mouse the new mouse i have connect are microsoft optical mouse.

Dell 924 printer won't work on vista OS


First, here is a link to the vista 32 bit drivers. Install these drivers if you have not installed them before.

Second, if you are using Vista 64 bit, Dell does not make a driver for the 64 bit O/S. You can re-install your Vista to 32 bit or buy a printer that is compatible with 64 bit O/S

Left mouse button all of the sudden stopped working


Just go into the control panel and select the pen and input devices icon and adjust the settings as needed,If this don't fix it you need to un install the mouse driver and let windows take control of it,This happens with windows updates that try to update the original drivers.

hi there.

maybe your mouse is not comaptibel with the system of your laptop or you need the disk driver to install the mouse to work properly?
or your mouse is already damage and need to replace try to change it with a new one.
