Do a fuser reset.
SP5810 in service mode. Reboot machine.
If that did not work, replace fuser.

FOR RICOH AFICIO SP 3400SF follow below steps.

1. To access Service Mode, On Control Panel press following buttons one
by one immediately.

Cancel Button (Red) ---> 1 (Numeric One) ---> 0 (Numeric zero) ---> 7
(Numeric Seven) ---> Copy Button (Green)

2. In Service Menu you will find Engine reset Menu. In that you can reset
SC 545 in Fuser Reset Menu. And you can also reset SC 542.

There is no SC514 on an AP410N. Do you mean SC541? SC541 is a fuser code that a technician has to reset. It could be something as simple as a power spike, or it could be a dirty sensor or a blown board.

this error is related to the fuser.
it may be over heating or the thermistor or connector is bad
