You need to download the drivers for your crystal eye web cam. Go to this link http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers When you get there, select "Notebook"...then select "Aspire". Then scroll down and select Aspire 6530. Then where you see "Operating System", select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows 7). It will then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down until you see the camera driver software and then download and reinstall it. Hopefully this will help...good luck.
if you know the brand and product id... then look up the driver on driverguide... if not then get lavalys everest home edition and use it to get that information
You need to install the network driver.
Go to the ASUS WEB site to download the network driver for your computer. Download the Windows XP make sure it is for your model computer.

i can solve this easy,i had the same problem when i installed xp pro on my comp.it should be easier now than when i did it.first go to microsoft.com,go to their support and downloads section, then go to drivers and have them show you all the drivers you need ,then download them and install them,if that does'nt work let me know and i'll get you a program that will work.
Download the latest driver for dvd rom from Acer that will work with Vista SP1. Also try uninstalling the device in device manager and restart your computer. Vista may find "new hardware" and install the driver from its driver pack in SP1.
Have you gone to the acer site? and second question I too have an acer and I got rid of Vista is this what you did or did the computer come installed with xp. If it did make sure you have the Microsoft hdd coded driver installed. It is available by googling "hdd audio driver" it will send you to microsoft to download. Also make sure you have completely deleted the previous software before loading the new one they will conflict and load on top of each other. Hope this helped..Take care.. Be mucho blessed..Mark
