When you enter the login and password does it say Terminals & sets or does it say A. Configuration?
are you sure your entering feature **26634 (config) with the password of 266344 (config) or are you entering in feature ** 266344 (config) with a password of 23646 (admin)?
Sorry, that was a mis-type.feature **266344 (config) with the password of 266344 (config) will get you into insteller level programming. feature ** 266344 (config) with a password of 23646 (admin) gets you into administrative programming which doesn't have some of the programs like set relo.
Thats kinda bad news, if config doesn't work then that means that the installer password was changed. depending on the version of the system, you could try 727587 (scplus) for the password. you should also be able to reset the installer password with coordinator plus
Programming passwords>installer>chng>266344>ok
Can you get to set relocation using scplus?
Just so I'm clear on the problem, you want to move a persons phone to a new desk but you want his extension number to stay at the old desk?
ok, glad I could help. Dont forget to leave a rating.

When I find the Hunt Group and I press the next key the only options I get are Companion and BusName.
I don't have a Featr Settings.
Terminals & sets
I am doing feature **266344 and password 23646. It doesn't do anything when I type in feature **26634 and password 266344.
I figured it was a typo and I tried it that way but when I type in that password nothing happens, it's still on the screen telling me to type in the password.
Which password is it that I want to change? When I go into the passwords I get the options of COS passwords, Call logs paswds, Programming pswds, and Reg. pswd.
I'm about to give up haha! The only options I have under the programming passwords are: SysAdmin+, Sys admin and Basic.
I found it! But it already has Set relocation: Y.
Nevermind, I finally figured it out. Thank you SO much for your help!
