I bought my pc tower used from a co-worker, and he no longer has the installation disk and doesn;t remember what e-mail he used to register it. I pulled the Pinnacle card from the board and got a 19 digit number, and an 8 character sequence from the card itself, but I need a serial number to finish the install. The install program I downloaded from Pinnacle's site says it needs a letter-based serial. suggestions please? help?? the 8 character number is T0737192 the other is 8240111601273904369
