Hladnc, Go to Service mode, state confirmation, memory/HDD adjust, HDD Version upgraded. Firmware on the control board/image control board not matching data on the Hard drive. per the service manual, if not that bad control/image control board

Please describe the below details :-

1 - When did you purchase your printer ?
2 - From when did this error start ?
3 - Is it Kyocera Mita 3035 All in one Printer?
4 - What steps have you token to resolve this problem ?

Hi one thing you could try is to update the firmware to the most up to date level also check there is some times special firmware to fix issues similar to this if not you will need to change the print head

it requires some firmware files and another software, which you cannot get easily.so its better to call konica minolta's representative.

What version firmware you have v2.0.7 ?
Try to update firmware again and read the instructions one more time. Try reboot holding stop button down
