Hey guys found this though Google images of a tiller. It had a link to this guys site with PDF of an old Montgomery Wards tiller, which shares a lot of the same parts as a Gilson 272 42004 tiller that I have.

Sounds like you have an old Montgomery Wards tiller made by Gilson. Gilson has been out of business for decades now. Finding a manual is going to be tough. Check Ebay. Finding parts is going to be even tougher.
