How do i connect advent pc to philips hdtv. do i need to change settings?

Check your WiFi setting, sometimes the printer goes offline or not recognized if the device IP is changed by the gateway DHCP (router or pc), just check ON THE PRINTER if it is connected to your network, if not only reconnect you printer to the wireless newtork.

you will need to open up the laptop and locate a small battery connected with a plug. once you replace the battery, you'll need to set up the bios again and save. restart normally.

If the antenna has a cable like cable wire--hook it direct to the cable fitting on the set.

If the antenna uses the flat type wire (called 300 ohm twin wire) use an adapter that will connect to the end and have screws for the flat wires and a cable slide on the other side to slide onto the cable fitting on the rear of the TV

sometines work Fn+F1 ...did you try this? and check wireless adapter...go to network and sharing centar>>change adapter settings and check wireless adapter status .if os disconnected ..connect wiht them...Regards!!!

the computer shoulda came with a disk and that would be your operating system disk so put it in, then start your computer and if it doesnt boot to the disk, then hit F2 and change the boot options and make it boot from the disk and so when it does boot, then thats when u can reinstall windows back to factory settings but i dunno about advent notebooks. in HP tho, u can do it from the start menu cuz the reinstall settings are already on your computer so ya dont need the disk

Did you get it to work for 1080i?
I never got my pc to work for 1080i in the first place. You should scour your settings program for the video card, try 1920x1080i or 640x480p.

The settings must exist because you got it to work in the first place. But if they were suddenly erased, powerstrip is a program that you can download, it gives you unlimited control over what resolutions you want to try, but if you're too aggressive it can break everything and force you to go back to a restore point. I can get it to work for the same TV as you with 640x480p but never 1080i, and if I try 1080i everything crashes.

First thing, change the cable and use a digital cable, Power everything off, disconnect the power from the moniter and the pc, leave it for 2-5min and then connect them back again.

You will need to make sure the resolution pn the PS3 is set the tv picks up whatever signal is sent toit no adjustment has to be made through the set.

While the tv is on the right input, and the computer is running, try unhooking the cable and hooking it back in. That's the only way I can get my Philips to detect the HDMI signal from my pc. I haven't found a fix for it though.
