On the JVM2070- and PVM2070-series microwaves, GE does not make service information or separate parts available.
So when you have an error with the controller that does not involve the smart board (and this error does not) then you have to order the control panel subassembly, which on your model (PVM2070SM1SS) is part number WB07X11143 and you can get it from
the Pros here for $477.83 (subject to change).
It's very expensive but it's actually simple to replace that part yourself.
You would remove the control panel assembly as shown in
our video here, then remove your smart board and attach it to the new control panel subassembly.

If it's under warranty or
GE Customer Service would give you a break on the the part cost, that would be a big plus for you.
I heated the food for 4 minutes, stirred and then went to heat it again and the power doesn't work. No lights, fan, power, nothing!
